Acceptance of Terms 01

Welcome to Angle ("Angle," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing our control panel, or purchasing any of our Minecraft hosting services (the "Services"), you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Eligibility 02

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, and consents to any purchases made. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be operated by underage individuals without parental consent.

Provision of Services 03

Angle provides hosted server infrastructure specifically optimized for Minecraft. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance, network outages outside our direct control, and issues caused by User error or third-party software.

Backups

While we offer automatic daily backups on applicable plans, Angle is not responsible for lost world data, corrupted files, or damaged server states resulting from User error, faulty plugins, or modpack incompatibilities. We strongly recommend maintaining local copies of critical server files.

Support

Support is provided via our Discord server and email. While we assist with panel navigation, server startup issues, and basic configuration, we do not provide support for the configuration of third-party mods, plugins, or custom code written by the User.

Acceptable Use Policy 04

You agree not to use the Services to engage in any of the following activities:

• Illegal Activity: Hosting, distributing, or facilitating illegal content, including pirated software, copyrighted material, or malicious code.
• Network Abuse: Launching or participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, packet flooding, or any attempt to disrupt another server or network.
• Resource Exploitation: Using the server for cryptocurrency mining, running background tasks unrelated to Minecraft, or attempting to bypass CPU/RAM limits set by your plan.
• Malicious Software: Uploading or executing malware, ransomware, or scripts designed to exploit server vulnerabilities.
• EULA Violations: Using our Services to operate a Minecraft server in a way that violates Mojang's End User License Agreement (EULA).

Billing & Subscriptions 05

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Taxes

Prices listed on our website do not include applicable taxes. Depending on your jurisdiction, VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout.

Refund Policy 06

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of paid plans. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 48 hours of your initial payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support.

Please note that refunds are not granted in the following circumstances:

• Accounts terminated due to violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Renewal payments (refunds for renewals must be requested before the renewal date).
• Requests made after the 48-hour window has elapsed.

DDoS & Security 07

Our network includes enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation designed to protect your server from malicious traffic. However, no system is 100% immune. Angle is not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from unprecedented attack vectors.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Angle account credentials, panel passwords, and SFTP keys. We will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

Limitation of Liability 08

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angle, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of in-game data, worlds, or configurations.
• Loss of revenue, donations, or player base resulting from server downtime.
• Damages resulting from third-party plugins, mods, or software installed by the User.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination 09

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the control panel or by contacting support. Cancellations prevent future billing but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless covered by the 48-hour guarantee.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete all associated data if you violate these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Services with reasonable prior notice.

Changes to Terms 10

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
